Emirates coach promise to honour the organizers at Men's U23 World Championship

 

United Arab Emirates coach Morad Sennoun promises a good performance at Men's U23 World Championship

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, August 22, 2015 - United Arab Emirates volleyball will go through the world level for the first time when the World ranked No 72 start their campaign at the 2015 Men's U23 World Championship as hosts in Dubai, Emirates August 24 to 31, 2015. 

Emirates team is the last in the FIVB Junior ranking between the 12 participating teams, but their Algerian head coach Mourad Sennoun is optimistic to show an honourable face for the organisers when the competition gets underway on Monday. 

"Our volleyball is bit far from that world level, but our passion is very high to achieve something positive for  our supporters," Sennoun said. 

"We are now building up for future and I trust in my players, they can do it," 

Emirates team is one of the best prepared teams in the competition as they spent more than 3 months in tough training inside and outside their country. "We started our journey at the end of May where we had a camp in Slovenia and came back home to train locally in Dubai, before we had another longer programme in Serbia at the end of July where we played 5 strong friendly matches." the coach added. 

Emirates heads Pool A if the competition and will battle it out against Italy, Iran, Cuba, Korea and Egypt. they will open their matches against  Iran at 20:30 local time on Monday.
